Breadth numbers for the market are nearly identical to that of April 20 after a similar two-to-three week 6% decline from the highs. Russell 2000 has pulled back about the same 6 percent from the closing high. Nothing has really changed yet. Market is still overdue for a correction back towards the 200-day moving average.
