Here is my opinion on why CSGI's alliances fail. CSGI signs an exclusive agreement with a company like Strategia and Agiss which according to what Tech says means that these companies get to use exclusively the CSGI Year 2k products in there area meaning that for example Agiss gets Canada etc. Then these companies get pilot projects and ask CSGI to do them and CSGI does not get the job done. Then these CSGI alliances go find another partners like Michael Block told us Agiss now uses CC online. Now when projects come to these alliance partners CSGI does not get any of the work anymore so the only thing they can do is break the exclusive part of the contract and try to get the work themselves. Problem is they do not have any salespeople so they are screwed. Aha but today they finally figured this out and went and hired some people to be VPs to do sales themselves and hire salespeople now they will add to their payroll and all of Techs claims about not needing a big staff are proved again to be wrong.
