The Sahm rule was just triggered, which says that if the unemployment rate has moved up half of one percent over an average of the past three months, then the US economy is already in a recession. The Sahm rule has been an infallible indicator in the past, never wrong. Should be interesting as the unemployment rate continues to rise into the election. Not good for the Harris ticket. As for Trump, what is this obsession over Brenda's ethnicity all about? I don't get it. She is half Jamaican so she is black. So what? What's the point?
