Trumps entire political world revolves around us vs them. This is how he sees it.

Harris must not be black because he needs some of the black vote to win the swing states. He fears that if blacks see Harris as black she will be looked upon as one of us and he will appear as one of them.

So Harris must not be seen as black, they are too big of a voting block. So she must be Indian.
