There is nothing in there that wouldn’t happen to another president in a close race.
When Algore challenged the 2000 election results, he did it through every LEGAL means possible.

When Trump challenged the 2020 election results, he did it through every means possible, legal or not.

The "or not" part is what Trump is charged with.
