Dj55,
THe Free Press is fake and bad. He wants you to believe "state run news" from one source is the way to go.
You are correct, but what you are saying is the complete reverse of what Trump and the Q Continuum are claiming.

They are the ones who claim that most of the media is "state-run news."

They are the ones who think the press isn't truly free until it is "fair."

And the press will never be "fair" as long as the left has an alleged "monopoly" on both the news and social media.

Therefore, if Trump becomes president again, he will be tempted to use the power of government to suppress freedom of the press in favor of what he considers to be "more fair."

For example, he may weaponize the FCC's Fairness Doctrine to force media and social media companies to display more right-wing content or censor more left-wing content.

And he will use antitrust law to go after Big Media and Big Tech. But he'll leave companies like Twitter and TikTok alone because they're more receptive to right-wing views than most of the other social media companies out there.

Finally, he will declare that he is doing all of this in the name of "protecting free speech."

Mark my words.
