Circuit Breaker Levels
  1. Level 1: Triggered by a 7% decline in the S&P 500 from the previous day's closing price. Trading is halted for 15 minutes if this occurs before 3:25 PM ET. If it occurs at or after 3:25 PM, trading continues.
  2. Level 2: Triggered by a 13% decline in the S&P 500. Similar to Level 1, trading is halted for 15 minutes if this occurs before 3:25 PM ET. If it occurs at or after 3:25 PM, trading continues.
  3. Level 3: Triggered by a 20% decline in the S&P 500. Trading is halted for the remainder of the trading day, regardless of the time it occurs.
