Winer; Took it back off the ticker today. Spent about two hours digging around and had no reason to beleive anything was going on except bankruptcy proceedings.

That Gov really Screw.. these two companies. Even if the Hague ruled for them - what chance would they have to recover. Tough to do business in a corrupt environment (no I do not mean the VSE) I mean foreign corrupt countries.
