Actually, I am not a qualified financial analyst myself, or a devotee of 1960's Japanese movies.

Thus I failed to comprehend the hurricane force winds were generated by the flapping of Mothra's wings. I'm am just a beginner in these matters. I now better understand the full cycle of events.

That is; if a large but insignificant B rated movie moth flaps its wings off the Sea of Japan, complete chaos ensures a few weeks later when a financial hurricane hits the New York Stock Exchange.

It's just how markets work.
