*AV*--Everyone keep your eyes peeled for the upcoming news. All I can say is that the options volume of ADPT wnet through the roof today as well as over the past few days. With the help of Patrick, I legged into a neat triangle options position.

Let's see what's up.

There are 2 meetings today. It might be a coincidence but the independent meetings are with the CEO and management of both ADPT and Symbios right now. ADPT is talking to their ADPT people and Symbios is talking to their own people.

As the story unfolds we might catch wind that ADPT and Symbios were actually talking and visiting with each other. I would not be surprised if we also were told down the road about some insider trading going by some of the Symbios Logic management.

It's offical ADPT to buy Symbios Logic for $775 million. Trading has been halted. I was 4 trading days off on the timing. Deal is a "stock swap", which is puzzling. ADPT buys all the stock in Symbios from Hyundai, including the stock options for stock in ADPT, I think.

I am also very proud of myself since absolutely none of this can be attributed to insider information. Not one shred of data came from Symbios or an ADPT employee. It was all pieced together with GREAT powers of observation and recognizing the synergies between the companies and the potential for a combined success. Apparently there were also some "also rans" in the process that fell by the wayside.
