Bond trading definitely very volatile right now.

A lot of dividend payers have run up a lot in the last 2 to 3 months. They are not many 7 percent, stable dividend payers left. I expect it to get worst as we approach the potential rate cut in September. The mid 6 payers may be further reduced soon. Long bond rates are near 3.8 percent right now I believe and the potential yield curve un-inversion will add to the volatility.

One the plus side there is still some momentum in chip as SIA stats show sales of chips up 18.3 percent y-y in Q2.
