Can you list the number of positions you have in each account type (any duplicates). I have a similar set up.

Also what % of your main taxable portfolio do your top 10 holdings represent? I own way too many stocks (current count 160 positions) but start new positions at 0.5% portfolio position. However top 10 holdings represent 40% of the taxable portfolio.

I keep all the gains inside the portfolio, tax loss harvest twice a year and peel off gainers from high cost shares as necessary.

IRA & ROTH mainly dividend payers, and GARP stocks.

Also hold about 40% at Vanguard (all three account types) where I keep funds in Treasuries, and four different Vanguard funds; Total Stock Market, Dividend Appreciation, Real estate and $SPX. Small position in their Commodity Fund.

---------------------------------------------------------

I typically start 0.5% portfolio positions and let them grow. Largest holding is CVX (5 of the taxable portfolio. Most from 2003 when Texaco was acquired by Chevron 12xPE and 4.34% div yield.

Thanks in advance
