Again not sure of your point. I was not aware of the defamation case as I do not partake in CNN news.

If they are found guilty by a court of law, they should pay the consequences.

I'm not sure it will amount to a 787.7 Million dollar judgement that Fox paid for defaming Dominion Voting Systems, and they are still other case being litigated against Fox for spreading lies about the election in 2020.
