The Sec filings show that even the PR firms is paid with stock so I think to say that the VPs are also going to get lots of stock at a very low price. I was also wrong when I predicted that the insiders would all be selling right away or maybe they are and they do not have to file any forms to say so? I think they paid more than the current price so maybe they are waiting to make there money back.
