Yes, Apple's "help" over the decades has included things like:
  • Assigning album art to my songs and albums in iTunes whether I wanted it or not, and often incorrectly. My cousin creates music for a solo project and in a two-person band (Foxxxy Mulder) that I downloaded from Bandcamp, but for some reason iTunes didn't like his album art and replaced it with these classics on my iPhone. The song names are accurate, the cover art is not. Synchronicity prevailed here, humorously:

  • Force installing U2's "Songs of Innocence" album into everyone's iTunes app on their iDevices and Macs –– because hey, Apple and U2 want you to like it, dammit, and it's FREE! What are you complaining about, you ungrateful customers!
  • In the "Please Help Me" category: Removing popup descriptions of UI elements in their apps, while also hiding many of them unless your cursor hovers near them. You don't like them hidden? Too bad, we know where they are and you eventually should too!
I know there are many other examples... Doren?
