maybe you should rephrase that to "Why are we protecting the CIA from consequences for 9/11? The answer is obvious if you have a brain.

do you remember when they lost the 'blind cleric' somewhere in NYC.. I'm thinking he was implicated in blowing up the trade center in the early '90's.
I mean, how can an intelligence agency lose an old distinctly dressed blind man, in NYC?
