I found AMKR back in the Summer of 2003. It was a good price. Then in September 2003, insider ownership--the Kim Family--unloaded 10 million shares on stockholders in a special offering. That dropped the price by 25%. Looking at the YHOO board at the time it may not have been the first time the family did that. Of course, I scooped more up in the discount. Recently, I made my last sale at $43. I started buying again in the beginning of August after another discount. I think the drop was caused because the last qtr may have been a bit light. I haven't checked that out yet. I'm still looking to add more under $30.
