It's tempting to look at LU trading right about at $100, recently announced stock split, starting a business unit to explore telecom opps. and apply your theory on CPQ last nov-dec to LU. CPQ did in fact make that big purchase after their stock split but who would have thought it would be DEC? I actually owned 1k of DEC last fall but sold around 41. Back to LU, any comments ? Will they soon be on the prowl again (ala Livingston)? Fuzfo, 1. Nothing by LU until October 1. 2. Keep close tabs on Edgar-Online vis-a-vis any filings by LU (e.g., share authorization in excess of what they need for a split). Gary Korn
