Carl, Sorry for the late post (just returned from the road), but regarding RTRK, I would keep monitoring it to see what happens. Check this link out for TA opinion: suretrade.stkwtch.com On the market side of recruiting software, they face some substantial competition from Resumix (market leader - division of Ceridian) and Personic (formerly EZaccess - just received 2nd round of financing).
