Betty, The chart has been turning more and more positive on CTEC, today's move being just a bit more than the last few days... As I recall, you claim not to be a big chartist... but the indicators accompanying the following chart seem almost inescapable... and upturn in the Stochastics, and upturn in the Relative Strength Indicator, and an upturn in the Momentum indicator...
