Easy to do. The hard part is getting your head wrapped around the concept.

I have a plan to provide a forward 12 month income stream of $128,000 from your current $114,000 absent your CD interest since I think that disappears when the CD matures.

The concept is simple. Keep you invested in what you already have, just make certain holdings larger. Sell the lowest yielding assets and spread the proceeds among your larger yielding assets. The comfort level here should be that you are simply adding to what you already have.

The plan requires selling AVGO, LMT, PG and NEE. .. Again, the focus here is income and you have to be willing to temporarily give up potential capital gains. These are the only holdings you would need to sell and they will generate $166,937 in proceeds.

Spread that cash out over a number of high yielding assets (17 in total) in order to spread your risks.
