am visiting friend in Bangkok of Thailand for a few dayz before the Jack arrives back in HK from your domain, and from his penthouse abode on the 36/37th floor the macro looks okay, requiring only a bit more patience to yield more fruits

yes, I do exercise, and as the abode is around 12k sft, I just walk its airconditioned living room, breezy pool deck, and chilled hallways and call it a day, since it is way too hot outside. I do not like the walking and other machines on the premise so skip them but like the sauna, jacuzzi and the daily reflexology routine
