Tilting at windmills again? Even if you are absolutely right it is an exercise in futility. Outside of widlfires no human intervention can prevent hot temperature and tornado. I know what you are really advocating. If you want to tax the rich then tax the rich but have the honesty to say it won't change climate. I know how it is with you religious types, after a while you develop manias.
