To our knowledge our post of Feb. 20(#20) is the full reflection of the Oilex/Titan relationship. We don't know how we can be more specific. What was unclear? Please Reread response #1 of post #20.

Oilex has no control representation and if you had read the press release of 1-27-98 you would be aware that the 40% option was cancelled by both companies.

Re: page 6488 S&P Corp. record. The information is updated periodically. The reference to Mr.Clark and Mr.Timmins is outdated. Over our 30 years of experience directors always act as individuals as their fiduciary responsibility is to the shareholders.

Who is the "we" you refer to? Could you list what other interests you are representing.

You are trying to establish a control interest by Oilex in Titan. It does not exist. On our previous post we listed ALL consultants to Titan. OFW we tire of answering questions regarding information that has already been posted. Titan is on its own path and firmly under the control of Trey Rife and J. Bill Bennett, both long time Texas oil-men.

If you wish historical non-current information on the Oilex/Titan relationship please e-mail to us and we will forward to companies for direct response. Regarding current information, post here and we will respond.
