Maralago is easily worth 10 times $18m.
That argument might hold water if Trump actually valued Mar-A-Lago at $180M, or even $300M.

But he valued it at $739M in 2018, all to fraudulently get more favorable terms for loans.

When pressed on that, Trump doubled-down on the valuation, claiming that Mar-A-Lago is easily worth over $1B based on what some Saudi billionaire would pay for it.

Can't do that and claim "good faith" in a fraud case.
