Henry--There is apparently a move afoot at the FDA to allow pharmaceutical companies to advertise off label uses of drugs directly to physicians. This new ruling, if implemented, will likely occur sometime this calendar year. There will be a requirement that some clinical efficacy needs to have been shown in trials and the results published before advertising can occur, but think of the possibilities and implications for some of LGND's products.
