Already paid it. Very cheap compared to Massachusetts. From what I understand, the insurers in Florida won't insure if the roof is old. So get a good roof and avoid flood zones and the insurance is cheap. As for Desantis, Florida is the best run state in the country, from what I can tell so far. His response to natural disasters has been outstanding.
