Thank you for the kind elucidations. It reveals a lot about the reasons behind the slow development of this magnificent piece of software. I wonder how it feels to have something that is the envy of the industry, as I am certain that IT is, and not be able to develop it to its fullest potential. Is that another way to spell frustration?
