Northam,
You can bet there will be consequences for this Judges rulings down the road.
It's much more likely that Judge Aileen Cannon's ruling will be overturned by the appeals court, while Judge Merchan's ruling will be upheld.

Of course, I'm sure you had other "consequences" in mind ...
