The conservative answer is through the promotion of traditional family values.

Liberals don't have an answer because they don't believe it's a problem. Instead, they think the promotion of fatherhood is some right-wing conspiracy to push the "patriarchy" and "toxic masculinity" upon society.
I don't think its a left right problem, its a people problem
I agree, but the culture wars is front and center in today's political landscape.

Among other things, it forms most of the social justification for Project 2025.
