Bill, the point is that the facts of the case are not in dispute.

Nor was the jury biased. Or the judge for that matter.

Now the appeals court can disagree with the way Judge Merchan applied the law, which in turn would render his instructions to the jury invalid. That's the best chance Trump has of getting the charges overturned.

But of course, it's all black-n-white to you. Nuance doesn't exist when it comes to Trump.

Hence if Trump wins the appeal, you're going to go around declaring, "See see? It WAS a political hit job! It WAS a wItCh hUnT! Trump never did have sex with that pron star! He was telling the tr00th all along!"

That's how crazy you've become.
