The price of oil doubled under Biden, I'm more than happy if it doubles again. A high oil price puts a lot of people to work and is good for the economy. Also if you want a faster change to EV's a high oil price will lend an assist there as well. Keystone XL being cancelled did not affect anything because capacity was expanded on all lines heading south years previous.
