But ATVI is still making good money, no? The overhang of the $60 million in convertible notes was roughly 4 million shares, bringing the number of shares up to 24 million outstanding. Each of these shares gave the company $15 in cash per share (minus the 6. something % interest), so in effect, it was not a true dilution. Besides if ATVI uses it to grow the business, then it might be better than an expensive aquisition which would surely cost more.

How is the morale over there? Is ATVI hiring or firing?
