Perhaps there was an opening and he was someone who could move into the position, so they promoted him. This happens all the time in companies. The idea that this is a "sign" and that Lygand expects him to be "VERY busy in the upcoming months" are just thoughts spinning in your head. Are you really an objective commentator, or are you looking so hard for good news that any item can somehow turn into a fantasy about Lygand's future?
