Duncan,

I am interested in how you were able to talk to their IR. What else did you ask and what did he say? Over the last three days, I called their IR at Porter, LeVay & Rose, Inc. in NY for about five times. The guy never returned my call. Yesterday morning, their secretary (?) who had answered my phone for five times, told me that the guy would be out for the whole week. In the same period, I called this guy named Francois Morin at Dominion Bridge Corp., Montreal about five times. The woman answered the phone kept saying that he'll be back in an hour and would call me back. He never did. This is unbelievable.

As for the VSE page, I remember now that I did check it immediately after the Sanda private placement announcement. The outstanding share number shown then, about two weeks ago, was 31.4 mil. I used to follow that VSE page very diligently to check DBCO's share number increase during that notorious discount convertible period. The number was always the latest and accurate. I have no doubt that the 34.7 mil share number shown is accurate. What it means is everybody's guess.
