My Guess...

Worst case is the IPO of DoubleClick gets folks to pull the cash out of NETZ to put it in DCLK and NETZ price falls.

Best case is the IPO brings attention to the sector. More money comes to the sector and NETZ price rises.

I think the second is more like it. And if the evaluations are explored we ( NETZ holders ) could be in for a nice surprise. Even if you say NETZ has all 100 million shares out that are authorized the valuation compared to the IPO of DCLK would be almost 2 bucks a share at the old 12 dollar price for DCLK. At the new price for DCLK of 16 the valuation would be around 3 if all 100 million shares were out.

Using the most recent numbers we have heard of 33 mil shares out we would have a value of almost 10 bucks per share minimum.

Hey its all my opinion and yes I would sell my NETZ for 10.00 per share.

Good luck to you.

Bob

I set up a new BB with a forum for NETZ:
