Ukraine has the ability to freeze out multiple large Russkie cities this winter........hitting the centralized heating systems that heat many hundreds of thousands if not millions of Russkies in large cities would be absolutely devastating......during an inevitable -20F cold snap, if these systems can not be repaired within 48 hours, everything freezes solid and bursts....Russkies would have to scramble just to keep the people alive.....I see no way the Russkies could prevent this..... Russia has attempted to do this to Ukraine and failed......return the favor......the ultimate manifestation of two eyes for an eye, teeth for a tooth.........war is a dirty business
