Technology? Just where DID the 8080,8086,8088,80286(brain dead),80386,80486,pentium (and family) come from? Were these 'copied' from a source I do not know of? Or does the Intel technology get copied by others? Intel innovations are fully exhausted after i486DX. Or, you might want to say that Intel found that it was easier and faster to copy from others as they "thought" that the evidences are impossible to dig out from silicons. There are many more victims just do not have enough resources to take Intel to courts for patent infringement suits.
