I was hoping people would not say it may make sense to bail on this one. But your statement: The problem with doing a deal with CA is that CSC has basically said "We don't like you and this deal does not make business sense." Isn't it common that the company runs and bad-mouths the potential acquirer? What does CSC tell its shareholders when they scuttle the deal and the stock drops back to the 80's ? A lot of people dont like management's view of "trust me -- we know what is best for you."
