With US stocks, esp. blue chips overpriced, I went into foreign CEF's BIG over past two weeks, including Global Health Sciences, Templeton Emerging Markets, Emerging Markets Telecomm, and First Phillipine Fund. CNBC did a nice story yesterday on the Phillipine market. They did not mention FPF which is a way to buy in at a 20 some percent discount.
