Just my 2 cents and I agree it's a scam .. but. Bottom line is sooner or later your fuel and it's source will run out. Even fuel cells run on natural gas or propane so when that's gone so is the electricity they produce. The only way I know of producing power with an unlimited source is from the sun .. until it nova's.

Yes solar is still expensive and it sucks having to give the power company free power but it's the only way I know of to maintain a certain level of living when there is no grid.

One way around it is to become a decent trader and let the market pay for it .. lol.
