Henry, either the naysaying dorks on this thread can't read, or they are just out to discredit you, to make themselves look more important. Jealousy is miserable disease. Unfortunately, Ligand isn't going to come up with a cure for that!
For those that have trouble with reading comprehension, a newly created Vice President position with responsibilities over commercial products "implies" that Ligand is getting ready to make and sell products. There is absolutely no hype in your statement. But, there is a lot of immaturity in some of the responses to an observant statement made by you.
LGND is just one of my holdings. I will not live or die by my holdings in LGND. But, with the tremendous effort made by you to keep interested parties informed, I feel I've made a solid investment. Those that do not like LGND, as an investment, seem to just quote price ranges, rather than questioning the quality of Ligand's associations and product development.
Henry, just keep plugging away. Your contribution to this thread is very much appreciated by many.
