I loaded up on Real Estate last October..... Haven't looked at how my 4 compare to S&P500 over the same period.
Invested for the steady Income, which they've all provided. The unrealized cap gains are always nice to see though.
I doubt they'll even come close to a repeat of the past 10 months performance, but again, their role is providing Steady Income.

RLTY... +17.15% (last added a few shares in May)
RNP.... +36.55%
RQI..... +33.33% (last added a few shares in May)
VICI.... +13.20% (last added a few shares in January)

While my 3 C&S CEFs have similar top 10 holdings, they differ quite a bit in their weights & holdings of Bonds and Preferreds.

I have no plans to add or sell. Morningstar's Xray says I'm at 4.58% Real Estate Weighting which "feels like enough".
