Does a product have to push the state of the
art to make sense for the consumer?

For me, I think that a smaller form factor
with less complexity from plug-on cards, less
cables because of built-in monitor, speakers,
microphone, and a smaller, quieter power
supply, has a lot of attraction, especially at
a consumer level price.
