VH, if there is one thing maximising shareholder frustration it is the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the status of government regulatory approvals. Much good information has been extracted by our own excellent researchers but I do not see why GF could not confirm the actual initial application dates and the official timeline within which a government decision must be rendered.

The FDA approval process sets out very clearly the timelines for each of the stages in the approval process with feed back to the applicant included. This is in sharp contrast to the dense fog, err make that smog, that surrounds PMRA. The only feed back I am aware of was a comment that no additional input had been requested for quite some time.

My final thought is that if at this mature stage of the approval process more input is requested we should be informed of this occurrence - no specifics necessary and if such an event happens does it knock the application back to an earlier stage.
