ACTV did there first live feed last nite with all the partners there. It went flawless. Digital by tci is 10 to 1 compression. They live feed of actv is 4 to 1 which is likehigh definition tv. Everyone was amased. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 12 they said. Fox and TCI thought there would be a glitch because first live feed. There wasn't. Food for thought. If you look at recent debt deal. ACTV put up 3 million personally. There is a claus in which i found interesting. It states if ACTV brings in a strategic partner in the industry to make a significant financial equity stack ACTV gets there 3 million back. Here is the interesting part though, ACTV claus is only good for 90 days. Why would they only want 90 days. My thought is someone big could be happening.
