He is still on the BOD until the new board is voted in. I am not familiar with the rules, but expect there will be a transition period where he is still not allowed to trade due to insider info, but just guessing on this. Another perk is that we may see Glorieux back eventually on the boards.
…I really think FD just realized he had done his work well and time to let the business people take over. I doubt he sells anytime soon and will probably buy more.
