So the voting machines and their supporting software, which are at the heart of the majority of United States of America election fraud issues, are created and maintained by Serbians using the Chinese solution for their cloud architecture and support.

This seems to be the least secure solution for a nation’s democratic voting processes to remain free of corruption.

What is the function of CISA and how do they achieve their objectives of a secure election with zero fraud incidents?
