I spell fine, I don't type so well. I don't always check spell check.

The country was built on a Christian ethic and as you know the Founder;s were keen observers of past governments. However, they understood that humans are imperfect and power corrupts so they attempted to create a government with enough checks and balances to thwart those who would be king or tyrant,

Unfortunately, that system also depends on the good will of a majority in power to put country over self. WE have lost that ruling majority. We need to get back to basics, a government "of the people, by the people and for the people". It is a tall order.

I believe the majority desire that but may not be willing to pay the price and suffer the consequences.
Solutions are simple, its the execution and will power that is the bitch.

The country lacks leadership. They hate DJT because he is a leader. So are Tulsi and JFK Jr. Some dont like and dont trust them but seems to me that they are willing to endure the ridicule of their former friends for the betterment / survival of the country.
