HE SENDS
the Judiciary Secretariat of this SUPREME FEDERAL COURT proceed with the NOTICE by electronic means of ELON MUSK, of the decision rendered in the case in question on 8/18/2024, which determined the indication, within 24 (twenty-four) hours, of the name and qualification of the new legal representative of settled, in accordance with article 12, item III, of Law no. 12,965/14. Once the measure now determined has been complied with, the Secretariat must communicate immediately to this Rapporteur. GIVEN AND PASSED at the Secretariat of the SUPREME COURT FEDERAL, on the date of the electronic signature.
